Yes I would..I contacted William at rapid change hypnotherapy to enquire about the virtual gastric band program that I saw on his website as I wanted to lose weight. When William explained in detail what was involved, I booked straight away. The program was fantastic. I lost a stone (14 lbs) in the first 4 weeks and continued to lose weight months later. As well as losing the weight I also lost inches in the right places and can fit back into the clothes I had outgrown. The strangest thing was how easy the program made everything, I could never have made all these changes on my own, it totally change my relationship with food, even stopped me getting up through the night to snack, which was a huge part of problem, I feel better and just so much happier in myself, the hypnosis worked like magic. Some of the sessions we did were relaxing and felt like timeout, which was brilliant. Other sessions were a total experience like nothing else, I actually experienced hypnosis, at times I was amazed what was happening during the sessions, fantastic! I have suffered from insomnia for years, I got to the stage I was hardly sleeping at all so I contacted William at rapid change hypnotherapy, he was fantastic he taught me how to relax, he also lowered my self talk and inner thoughts that were keeping me awake at night ,I'm sleeping much better than I have done in years, I'm grateful for his help and I have already recommended William to my colleagues

I have suffered from chronic back pain for years, the pain was so severe at times i actually fainted on a few occassions even my GP couldnt help, i went to rapid change hypnotherapy and was totally free from pain within 20 minutes, i was confused and amazed how this could happen so quickly after all those years of pain so i dont have to keep taking strong pain killers now which is great. What do you love most about your job?
The thing I love most about my job is seeing the look of disbelief on my clients face when they experience a change in the first few minutes of our initial session, then when I witness the full transformation at the end of the program is the most amazing feeling I’ve experienced, knowing that I have helped someone to change the life they had, to the life they desire.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Starting my hypnotherapy practice is the best way of getting the word out there and for people to find me so that I can help as many people as possible change their lives for the better.

I am a designated professional hypnotist, certified by (ICBCH) the INTERNATIONAL CERTIFICATION BOARD OF CLINICAL HYPNOTHERAPY. I have been trained, mentored and certified by Ali Campbell one of the worlds top hypnotherapists, and life coaches and also best selling author. Ali personally trained me in hypnotherapy, NLP and life coaching. I am also a certified virtual gastric band practitioner, trained by top hypnotherapists Sheila Granger and Jason Linett where I can also be found on Sheila Grangers website in the nearest practitioner page. As well as my customised to you programs, I will teach you techniques that can be used for reinforcement that you can use anytime and place and no one knows your doing anything, this builds dependence on yourself rather than dependence on me.
