We are in the finishing touches on our 6 month project for a double storey side, back extension, loft conversion, new roof & total renovation with Rapid Bee. We invited a few builders to quote for our job & found RapidBee to be on the money. They certainly were neither the cheapest nor most expensive. We liked them mainly because of their professional approach & the can do attitude & knowledge. Whilst other builders tried to talk us out of some ideas we had, Adam & Saulius were happy to incorporate all our requirements & offered further options to make things better. It is refreshing to speak to a builder who doesn’t complain but offers good updates & offer solutions to problems. They employ an extremely hard working team that show great attention to detail & want to do a good job. The guys dealt with our idiot neighbour professionally & avoided confrontation & Building control on a few matters & Adam provided us solutions before he even told us about the problem. We added a few optional extras along the way & whilst they weren’t cheap we knew they would offer good value for money. They supplied all our windows of a top brand product at a competitive price that look absolutely stunning. They are a few weeks ahead of schedule, an outcome rarely heard of amongst builders. They prepared a clear schedule up front which made it easy to keep track of cash flow on work completed. I have just had my bathroom and front room refurbished by Rapid Bee. Adam and his team of specialists completed the works in 2 weeks to an amazing standard.

The tiling on the bathroom was completed to perfection, the corners were at perfect 45 degree angles and set beautifully by a wonderfully talented and skilled expert, who worked tirelessly from 7.30am to 6.30pm.

The coving and skirting in our front room was applied without a seam line in sight. The plastering and painting was flawless and expertly applied.

Adam is extremely knowledgable and was on hand to answer all my questions throughout and offered some really useful advice.

Im looking forward to getting Adam and his highly skilled team back in next year to refurbish more of my house. More...

'We needed to get our kitchen extension done in time - Rapid Bee came to the rescue!' We had a kitchen extension build by Rapid Bee; the results of which we were absolutely happy with. The team were always responsive to our needs, considerate to keep costings as agreed in their initial quote, and went out of their way to produce the quality finishing we were hoping for. We hired Adam after interviewing several builders for our project. He impressed us not only with professionalism but also his trade knowledge, and most importantly swift communication (which after months of delayed responses from our architects was so refreshing! ).

We visited 2 of Adam’s (completed and work-in-progress) sites and were very pleased with the results and how organised the sites were which just reaffirmed our choice. The quote provided by Adam was also very competitive and what we would expect for a quality build.

Our project included:
- kitchen extension with sliding patio doors/roof lantern
- installation of kitchen units/appliances, underfloor heating, parquet flooring, downlights throughout
- removal of chimney breast and installation of RSJ beams
- formation of utility and shower room
- plastering and painting
- external silicone rendering

The whole project took 13 weeks. Having completed the final snagging, we can say that:
- His team is always timely, polite, professional and considerate of neighbours
- Adam is always on hand to discuss with us different options regarding structural works and available to address any issues identified during the process; He is always focused on achieving the best design finish and we took on board a few of his recommendations such as swapping around the positions of the shower room/utility room which will work much better for us
- I have recommended him to work colleagues for their future builds and plan to use him again in the future.
