I was struggling with my hips as I prepared for the Athens Marathon. Edd didn’t have much time to prepare me as the race was only six weeks away from my first session with him. His knowledge is second to none and he got me in the best possible shape. Whatever your goal, I would recommend you see Edd. I was recommended to Edd after sustaining a back injury in the gym. We worked to correct my errors in the gym and build strength. I’ve been training with Ed for a few months now and I’m blown away by the increase in my strength and the change in look of my body. I am about to sign up for a third cycle of 12 twice weekly sessions with Range of Motion since Christmas. It’s been such a great experience. Edd is approachable, supportive and encouraging. I have seen my fitness and strength improve very quickly and Edd pushes me hard to meet my goals - helping me achieve things that I didn’t think was possible - including deadlifting 70kgs at 50! He has helped me rethink my diet and my lifestyle and makes me want to get up early in the morning and go for a run or go to the gym - which was an alien concept for me not long ago. I not only feel fitter and healthier but also more confident. I can not recommend Range of Motion highly enough and would encourage anyone thinking about getting a PT to make contact with Edd before they try anyone else. More...

Ed is the man! I started training with him just under 3 months ago...i was 16,4 and now 13,3...leaner and stronger....i am well on my way to acheiving my personal goals and having Ed there with support and advice has dramatically increased my progress. ..the hardest part is starting, my advice would be book a session and get yourself started! I train with Ed once or twice a week either on my own or with another couple of ladies. As a runner, the training is doing wonders for my strength meaning I can push harder and get better results. Ed works you hard and it is all worth it, and the fact I can train with my friends makes it fun and competitive! Would 100% recommend. More...

when I first started training with Ed I was overweight and lazy. All I ever did was go to work come home sit on the sofa eating crap food and sweets and smoking a lot of pot. And To be honest I wasn't really that happy with my life. So my friend Zoe signed me up with Ed and told me just give it ago. So I went with an open mind. To my surprise I really enjoyed myself it was hard work but fun. I went back the next week and really got into it. Ed put me on a diet that week which I found hard to stick to but I stuck at it. The following week Ed weighed me and I couldn't believe it, I had lost 2kg in one week, I was so happy!!!!!! So I decided I was going to give it 100% and train as much as I could. I new to do this I would have to give up smoking pot (and considering I've been smoking it everyday for the last 25 years and nothing has ever made me want to do that before including losing girlfriends because of it) that was quite a big turnaround!!! When I started I weighed 83kg and now I'm 74kg so in just 12 weeks I have lost 9kg. I also use to have a 36 inch waist line and now I have a 30inch waist. Which is crazy when I think about it. I've now been training with Ed for 13 weeks and I love it!!! I train with him once a week and go on my own as well 5 times a week now, he has given me a training plan to work to when I'm training by myself so I always know what to do and when. The results are really starting to show now, And I'm so happy with how I look now. I don't have to where XL t-shirts to hide my belly anymore I now can where a medium t-shirt. He always pushes me and makes me believe in myself. He really has helped me with his training and I couldn't have done this without him. I have often felt a little intimidated by gyms and personal trainers but Ed has changed that. He is friendly, motivating and knowledgeable. I realise that as you get older strength training is especially important. It doesn't come easily to me but with Ed I have improved so much. I feel a lot stronger & this has helped me manage & cope with my chronic knee injury. I get a lot out of the PT sessions, whether it is 1to1 or a group session of 2-3. The sessions are varied & never boring, keeping both body & mind alert! It's really hard work but at the end of it I feel great! Would highly recommend. More...

Edd has made a real difference to my physical strength which has helped my running come on in leaps and bounds in the last year. This was the reason I went to see Ed but never expected such dramatic results. He has changed my mind set with his knowledge about the amount and type of training which I should be doing. I know also have a new love of strength training as his sessions are always varied. Doing a group session of 2 or 3 works really well for me as it adds a bit of friendly competition to the mix. Although I have been running for 10 years or so I still wasn't happy with my mummy tummy which never seemed to go, I can definitely say that strength/weight training has tackled the wobbly bits and toned me up hugely! Training with Edd is one of the best decisions I made this year. I never thought I'd look forward to getting up early and going to the gym but this man completely changed my views. I now genuinely look forward to training with him every week. I would recommend Range of Motion to everyone, any age, any size or shape, whether you have a goal to reach or would just like to improve your general health/ fitness level. I've only been training with Edd for a couple of months now, despite working difficult hours he manages to fit me in his busy calendar for an hour of hard work a few times a week. If you lack motivation - Edd will push you hard and build a confidence and understanding in what you are working to achieve. I'm already seeing changes in my body and I'm finally becoming stronger. I have been working out for years but came to Edd around a year after my first pregnancy feeling uncomfortable with some stubborn weight to shift and I had lost my gym confidence. Edd has built up my strength, fitness and confidence and I look forward to our sessions every week. If I was rich I'd see him every day! He is a squatting expert and has slowly corrected my technique and made me get low! I still have a way to go but am back down to pre-baby weight and can finally feel those stomach muscles again! I walked into the gym to see this mean looking lanky ginger bearded guy and pooped my pants but Edds the best his been training me the last few months and pushes me hard every time, Im dead at the end of every session! But never trust his 30 seconds theres defiantly something wrong with his watch haha brace yourself for 60 seconds and more. His building up my confidence each session and believes in me his pushed my body to places I never thought I could take it. Every sessions is different I've done things I never even knew existed. It's not all just sweat and swearing I've laughed loads and I have fun at the same time even if I have wanted to kill him and his rep counting. Edds awesome and such a nice guy met my training buddy for life. It's nice to have someone not give up on you and want it for you as much as you do. More...

Edd has helped me in so many ways since I started with him. Of course the obvious ways like increased fitness and weight loss, but ways I didn't even know I needed help. I always thought that I couldn't do squats due to a problem I had with my legs. Edd addressed this head on and now I can squat 60kg and that figure is increasing every week. I am training for the London Marathon and started having personal training sessions with Ed in mid February. Ed's superb knowledge and advice has helped me immensely to become much fitter and generally stronger when I run. No session is ever the same and he pushes me to my limit each time.
