I found the standard of care provided by Rainbow Quality Care Ltd to be exceptional. They stepped in at the last minute when a previous care provided failed to provide cover leading up to and over the Christmas period when it was not only difficult to source a replacement carer due to Covid 19 restrictions but also over a holiday period.
In my opinion the carer provided by Rainbow went above and beyond any expectations I had. It made the last days of my friends life as pleasant an experience for him as possible.
I could not fault in any way the care and professional expertise that was provided.

Our Organisation is led by qualified Nurses and has professional employees. our policies are from Quality Care Systems and for our Data protection we are affiliated to ICO. Quality Care is at the heart of what we do.
What inspired you to start your own business?
we are passionate about what we do and after seeing so many people not able to access care in time when they need it especially when they want to be looked after in their own home.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
we follow all government guidelines .we receive updates from quality care systems and we implement the necessary changes. Staff are tested as per qvt guidelines. We use PPE
