What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
Successful completion of a project and achieving client satisfaction; starts with understanding the exact requirements from the client. Information that I will ask would depend upon the kind of project of the client.
For example, if I have to develop a website; what are the intended audiences of the website, which geographies are being targeted, how many pages are required, will the client provide the content for the website, what are the reference websites, who are the competitors etc.
So, there could be several information that I will need to ask from a client before starting a project.
What do you love most about your job?
My job is about project management, understanding client requirements, and getting the job done from our development team as per the client expectations. Most important thing, I love about my job is that seeing the ideas put into reality. I have experience developing many mobile apps and web projects. These start with an idea, from there all the requirements are gathered, design and development team codes that into reality, and project takes shape of real life. Coordinating with client and development team makes my job interesting. All these different aspects of my job, I love the most.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Entrepreneurs solve the problems of the world and stretch the limits of the human possibilities. I loved the concept of entrepreneurship. Having experience in the field of IT, I felt that problems of this world can be quite effectively solved through information technology. Solving problems of this world with the help of IT inspired to meet to start my own business.
