What do you love most about your job?
I love helping clients to solve problems that are keeping them awake at night. I also find it very satisfying when clients get the aha about themselves, their business and what changes they can make to be more successful. Most of all I love to share the knowledge and information I have gained through a very satisfying corporate career that will make a difference to the way clients achieve results. I absolutely love Human Dynamics and when clients get the understanding of what makes people 'tick' and the different ways people see the world and then use this to create high performing teams and a better experience for their clients.
What inspired you to start your own business?
To be able to work with multiple clients and grow a business based on my values and be recognised and rewarded for the service I provide.

My change management background, my deep understanding of human dynamics, my acquisitions experience, and my ability to develop strong working relationships with my clients. I am also known to underpromise and over-deliver.

My service can be delivered on-line or in-person to individuals via sessions based on a unique agenda agreed with the client in the first (free) meeting.
I also can visit businesses to provide in-depth consulting, as required. In-house visits will be scoped and agreed prior to visit, and will depend on distance, number of days required on-site etc.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
Not applicable, however I will wear PPE if asked to by the client.
