What kind of accounting services do you provide?
Services include; VAT return preparation and filing, Bookkeeping, Management accounts, VAT registrations, MTD registration, Balance sheet reconciliations, Managing Aged Receivables (does not include chasing customers or debt), Managing Aged Payables, Large volume checking exercise

To avoid fines, penalties and surcharges from the tax man. A great/good accountant will ensure the company's books are kept in order and accurate. Virtual Bookks wants to allow businesses to focus on what matters to them, focus on running a successful business. They shouldn't need to worry about also having to look after thousands of invoices.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All work is done remotely. We are aiming to be as much Carbon-neutral as possible. Our aim is to prepare our clients for a paper-less environment.
VAT return preparation and filing
I have over 8 years experience of preparing VAT returns and filing on behalf of the clients. The portfolio of clients I have worked on range from Art Galleries, Asset Management Co, Designer clothing brands, Media companies etc. I have experience on clients that prepare VAT returns on invoice basis, cash accounting, margin scheme, flat rate scheme.
Management Accounts
I have over 6 years experience in preparing basic monthly/quarterly/half yearly or annual management accounts. This includes Fixed Asset schedules, Company Debtors analysis, Company Creditors analysis. The preparation of these are in such detail that these can form the basis of the company's year-end statutory accounts. This will make the preparer of the financial statements job easier and lower your costs.
VAT registration
I have years of experience in registering LTD/Sole traders/Partnerships for VAT.
Transfer of accounting software
I have experience in transfering accounting records from one accounting to another, with recommendations of the easiest and cleanest process to follow. A smooth transition is a must when moving accounting softwares
Registering for MTD for VAT
I can register your VAT for MTD, which will become compulsory soon.
Bookkeeping
I have over 8 years experience of bookkeeping. From processing Sales, Purchases, Bank, Credit Cards and cash. I ensure whilst processing all of these that I reconcile as i go so to ensure nothing is missed out.
