Rachel was superb! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend or work with her again. It was great to have an objective ear challenging me to really explore my options and goals in detail - it wasn't what I was expecting, it was better! Thanks again Rachel

Q&As

I love it when clients become excited and energized by what was previously causing them discomfort. The shift from feeling stuck or overwhelmed to a space of exploration and possibilities leads to clients feeling empowered and delivering results quicker and to a higher standard than if they continued alone. Accompanying clients on this journey is a wonderful experience and seeing people achieve their goals is uplifting and rewarding.

I love the freedom to create training and workshops for organisations especially those centered around employee well-being and personal development. Self awareness and having the tools to successfully navigate work and life are essential in today's world.

After 15+ years in people development and leadership roles I found myself at a level where I felt my values and skills were no longer in sync with the work I was doing. I wanted the freedom to create and utilise my skills and experience so I reached out to a coach and found the experience life changing. The opportunity to support others in this way felt like the perfect work for me. I enjoy working with a wide variety of clients both within organisations and independently, especially those keen to make a difference, whatever that looks like.

I am passionate about developing potential and supporting well-being and I qualified as a coach at The University of Cambridge. With a background in learning and development, hospitality and people management I understand the challenges of the corporate environment, leadership, and finding balance and fulfillment in life.
