How important is a healthy diet to someone’s health and wellbeing?
Not only as a nutritionist but as a mum and wife, I can say easily that a healthy diet is vital for your health and wellbeing. The food we feed our bodies provides the energy to keep us going throughout the day. Without the correct nutrition we will easily be depleted of the energy we need to keep going.
What do you love most about your job?
Working with a large clientelle, I never get 2 days that are the same. The results and gratification I get from my clients, is not only rewarding to them but I have also reached the goal with them. This is a personal journey and many people struggle with the process, but my job ensures this is not a solo journey... I am alongside you all the way.

Yes, most of my services can be done online or remotely. Including the anthropometric measures where I can advise the best method to obtain accurate measurements.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All my services are currently done via video call or online. Once restrictions are lifted I will be able to meet up with clients again. However it is vital at the moment to ensure everyone's safety.
