Needed a scaffold built on the front and back of my house when it needed redecorating. Ross was recommended by a friend. When speaking on the phone to arrange viewing for a quotation he was very polite. When he came to give me a quote he was very punctual and was there when he said he would be as apose to other companies that did not turn up or turnt up when the felt like it.
