I can't recommend Hugh Highly enough. After approaching the main stream lender and being declined a mortgage due to my partner being self employed for only a year at the time, it felt like our dream of getting our house was over until we were recommended Hugh. Not only did he secure us a mortgage it was at a very competitive rate and we did not have to pay him any fee. He also sorted all the associated insurances for us. Having spent what felt like days trawling the internet for a mortgage solution for my son not just a first time buyer but also with a large proportion of his income from dividends we thought a mortgage was out of the question -then we found Hugh.
