I love this place HOWEVER a small thing - I'm a bit confused about the tiny changing rooms and only 4 showers. I think the upstairs bit could have been shortened to make more space for changing rooms. Still love it though and glad they've invested here! More...

Great new gym based in Cardiff Bay. Outside has ample parking spaces. Inside the gym there are banks of modern easy to use equipment. There are plenty of staff on hand to talk you through how to use the equipment. There is s cycle studio downstairs and a studio upstairs that runs various classes which you can book through a mobile app. At the time of writing it is only £10.99 a month fee. More...
