My recent encounter with Pure Property Management in Nashville, TN, has been nothing short of a communication nightmare.
Dealing with this company has been an absolute disappointment, and I feel compelled to share my horrendous experience.
I had scheduled a viewing for a property with high hopes of relocating, and I took the initiative to follow their instructions by sending the lock code for verification as requested. Little did I know that this would be the beginning of a series of frustrations.
Upon arriving at the property, my wife, 3-month-old daughter, and I were met with silence. No one was there to assist, and our repeated calls to Pure Property Management went unanswered. Despite diligently following their procedures by providing the lock code for verification, we received absolutely no response.
I recorded numerous voice messages in an attempt to establish any form of communication, but it seems that Pure Property Management has mastered the art of neglecting their clients. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy is truly disheartening.
This experience has not only wasted our time and effort but has also raised serious concerns about the reliability and competence of Pure Property Management. It's clear that they have a fundamental breakdown in their communication processes, leaving clients like myself stranded and bewildered.
I strongly caution anyone considering Pure Property Management to think twice. The sheer disregard for communication and customer service is appalling. Save yourself from the frustration and inconvenience by exploring alternative property management options in Nashville. Pure Property Management has proven to be an unreliable and unresponsive choice, and I regret ever having engaged with them.

Me and my wife have been renting from Pure Property Management since 2015. The standard of our property is excellent and any minor issues have been resolved quickly. All of the contractors that they use are extremely nice and helpful, especially, Jacob; he’s an absolute legend. They have also helped us out with things like passing keys to friends so that they can water plants when we have been away. They went out of their way to do this.The landlord has also always been very fair and considerate.Needless to say, I would thoroughly recommend PPM to prospective tenants and landlords. I don't often post reviews but Pure Property Management, in my own personal experience, have been very supportive, professional, and efficient. I have had awful experiences with letting agents in the past and I had really lost hope until Ashley took over my property. It's the longest I have been with one agent and I have no regrets. As I don't live in Scotland, many issues have arisen with the flat and tenants and PPM have sorted things out very promptly. Recently moved out of Edinburgh, due to work commitments and had to rent my flat out in pretty short notice. Was recommended to Pure by a friend who also rents a property in the City and I couldn't be happier. I had no clue as to what I needed to do, but I met with Ashley and he took me through the process in a quick, professional and very friendly way. His team made all the arrangements to redecorate, steam clean the carpets, install the correct smoke detectors, get the necessary certifications and even a new mattress in. The workmanship is great and I am delighted with the help and support that his team have given me. They completely took the stress out of what could have been a difficult and time consuming process for me.
