What do you love most about your job?
I consider our job much like a detective role. When a rat or mouse has entered someone's home it can be a very stressful time. The same can be said for all pests including bed bugs and wasps of course. We then set about working on how the problem has happened and work on a quick and safe solution. Taking rats as an example: We need to work out how it's getting in, what's it eating and drinking before we decided how we are going to treat it.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I've always been interested in how businesses work and decided to take the plunge using my large amount of customer care built from working all over the world in cruise ships. Now I wouldn't have it any other way.
