Efficient and professional. Agreed to accommodate the current needs for my mother with Dementia . A day after the initial meeting with the designated manager we had the opportunity to meet the care workers that will be making daily visits .
This enabled my mother to feel a little more confident with the situation around requiring help . She is a private 85 year old ladyb and historically fiercely independent .
