Trained with Jude in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
Jude was a trainer that was quickly able to find what type of training I wanted and needed from a quick chat and a few test exercises. I was very pleased with the service provided, Jude was very knowledgeable and professional and her friendly manner put me at ease. As well as providing treatment, she gave advice for ongoing maintenance. It's 3 days after the treatment, I went for a run this morning and it was so much better than earlier this week, thanks. I listen to what my clients want first of all. I then work to break down their end goal into smaller more reachable targets and take it step by step. I design a tailored fitness plan around their lifestyle and monitor their progress every 4 weeks while supporting them along the way.

Consistency is key!!! If you have the consistency in your workouts and good food, you are creating a healthy lifestyle and will allow you to manage your weight.

Helping people to feel great after a work out having pushed them harder than they would have done on their own.

For sports massage, I find it fascinating how the body works and how muscles move and work together. I especially find it satisfying when a client's performance improves or tension releases in tight muscles for example.

My love for sports and fitness and I have a toddler at home. I want to set an example to him.

I am down to earth and a normal mum who is strong and healthy, not a muscle mary or bikini babe you might find in the local gym!! I understand the struggles of weight gain, injury and busy lives especially with children!! And I am a strong believer in building strength and fitness for our health so we can be independent when we are older.
