Manir and his wonderful team installed a new bathroom for us recently. It was quite a significant job as we wanted to completely gut the previous bathroom and go to brick and timber. Manir and his team were incredibly professional, punctual and polite from the day Manir first visited to provide a quote until the last day of the job. They communicated incredibly well and completed the job promptly. The work was completed to an incredibly high standard and the workmanship was immaculate. The were extremely clean and tidy. The finished job was absolutely stunning and we cannot imagine using any other builders for our house work ever again. Manir and his team will always be our first port of call. We received three quote for a single-story conservatory/orangery - there was a difference of over £20,000 between all quotes. PDS came in within our budget, and all was arranged and agreed very quickly. Work commenced very soon after giving the go-ahead, and every single one of the various workers were punctual, polite, and worked long hours to get their part done on time.In the end the work was completed a couple of days ahead of schedule, and in accordance with the agreed budget. We chose PDS to carry out our kitchen renovation after getting a few quotes and after they were highly recommended by a couple of satisfied customers in our neighbourhood. From start to finish Manir and his team proved to be extremely professional. The whole project was carried out as per the quote and to time. All materials arrived in good time for each aspect of the job as did the workforce, ensuring continuity. We were particularly pleased that when they said they would be there they always were. We went for PDS after watching our neighbours wraparound extension. Their build went like clockwork & was finished to a high standard. From our initial meeting PDS were reliable, punctual and on top of every element of the project. Their quote was competitive and well thought out and the project came in on budget because of this. Good communication meant that there were no holdups. In total the project took a very impressive 8 weeks. As PDS project manage their team of specialists well - as soon as one element of the work was done the next person or people were on site for the next job, it also meant that the bathroom fitter was a bathroom fitter, the joiner was a joiner etc (meaning high standards off workmanship at each stage. Of course a traditional builder can also have this but we were very impressed). We lived on site for all but a few days of the project and PDS bent over backwards to ensure the house was livable as we have 3 small children. Highly recommended. More...

We were purchasing a house in Solihull, had a survey done, survayor found lots of work in the house. After the purchase we got in contact with Manir, him and his team who took care of all the survey work. Finished the work on time within 4 weeks as agreed with a good price. Not at all were we worried about the builders at any time. Manir has managed his team very well and overseen all the work excellently.
