We provide design advice, drawings for planning applications and structural/building regulation packages. We can also advise you on your Party wall/Thames water obligations and can prepare the relevant documentation to ensure you have met your responsibilities before your building project starts.

What do you love most about your job?
I love helping clients achieve their home improvement aspirations.
Every project is a fresh challenge and I enjoy discussing clients requirements and then translating them into drawings.
I also enjoy helping clients avoid the potential pitfalls regarding their various responsibilities regarding, for example, party wall matters and Thames water agreements.
This contributes to the smooth running of their project.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I like to be in direct contact with my clients and to feel responsible for helping to achieve the positive outcome they are looking for.
Why should our clients choose you?
I have worked within the construction industry for over 20 years.
My company used to successfully carry out extensions and loft conversions and were members of various trade bodies including the government endorsed trustmark scheme and federation of master builders.
However, last year I decided to embark on a new career path and re-trained in AutoCAD. This training, coupled with my vast experience completing building projects in the past means I am now well placed to help clients choose the best design for their project, based on practicality, aesthetics and budget.
I can then prepare their drawings and submit them for planning, as well as guide clients though the processes required before commencement of their building works.
