Great professional service for hassan today we got in contact with prolock as we’ve had a door locked for about 3 months now we’ve had a couple other locksmiths out over the last few months but non have seemed to get it open the last one saying the only way is to knock the door frame out which didn’t sound like an ideal plan but didn’t think we’d get a choice as no one has been able to get it open spoke to my wife and we both agreed to try someone else as a last effort. With a quick Google search we agree to call prolock and spoke to hassan who was great to talk to very friendly and easy to get alone with he came out and assessed the door and got straight onto getting the door open after about 30 minutes we couldn’t believe it when he managed to get it open was such a joy to see he not only got it open he fixed the door aswell which is now in full working order. We called ProLock after finding them on Facebook we was having trouble getting out front door to lock until it didn’t lock at all hassan was very polite on the phone and offered to come straight out at 11pm which was a big stress off my shoulders as I could sleep knowing the door was locked I can’t thank you enough Amazing company very professional did the job with little to no issues

Hassan arrived promptly shortly after my call. He replaced the lock and gearbox after it had stopped working. Was very polite and got the door back in use very quickly. Would highly recommend.

I’ve got to say I highly recommend Prolock locksmiths they came out within 15 mins of putting a job up on bark and got my door open for me very friendly and polite will recommend to everyone who needs a locksmith

We called Pro Lock Locksmiths after snapping my key in the door. Hassan arrived and he quickly removed the snapped key and got the door open. Fantastic work from hassan today he really does know his trade very well got straight in to our house after the front door the suddenly stopped working he changed the inside of the door I think he called it a (gearbox) he was at our house no more than 25 minutes excellent work hassan

Amazing locksmith and a life saver!! I couldn’t recommend enough to anyone. Pro Lock locksmiths are very professional and extremely talented at what they do. I was locked out my house as my key snapped inside the lock, I tried 2 locksmiths previously before Pro Locks but with the locks being a special type they had a huge difficulty with getting through. Pro Locks managed to get through my door & replace the complete mechanism within 15 minutes!
