How long have you been in business?
We have been operating since 2014. it's been a good journey to date. Challenging , but quite rewarding.
What guarantee does your work come with?
With refurbishment works we give up to 3 months we come back and correct any defect for free and up to 6 months for new build extensions, alteration and loft conversions.
We also give home owners certifications for rewiring or upgraded electrical works and certification for any gas works done, from boiler installation, relocation and full heating system works that are gas related.
What do you love most about your job?
What keep me passionate about my job is the ability to solve client's problems and in some cases, the way we uniquely workout how to get things done. Every project is always different.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I found a void in the industry where the builder just takes instruction from clients, but not necessarily looking at other ways to solve the client's problem. Most people know what they want, but they don't know how to go about it to get value for money. I some cases, clients don't have a clue about regulations and some builders don't know as well. So we carve our niche to advice clients and also give them options on their project actualisation.

The main thing is to have the ability to deliver. With our teams, we don't only deliver, but on time, within budget and to a very good standard.

Not at all. We always need to the proposed project before we can quote for the jobs in task phases.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
We work on void properties mostly. But recently, we have adopted the use of sanitisers and keeping safe distances, when client visit their project sites. We also try to choose times when workers are gone home before we have client visit to site, just to reduce the chances of contractions.
