I came to learn about neurofeedback through a podcast for anxiety.
Through a search I came across Prohapi and Aleksandra.
I struggled with insomnia and low energy and mood.
Since having neurofeedback I have stopped napping and have better nights sleep which is helping regulate my moods. I have a better understanding of my brain and thoughts through EEG.
Alexsandra is great to work with. She is very knowledgeable and passionate and puts you at ease. I would highly recommend neurofeedback and Aleksandra to anyone wanting to better their mental wellbeing.

Highly recommending Prohapi and Aleksandra. I have heard of Neurofeedback before so when Aleksandra open her practice I wanted give it a go. It was surprising how qEEG was accurate with clinical symptoms and how quickly I could feel improvement. The end effect is that I don't nap in the afternoon anymore, I improved my concentration and memory and finally I learned how to relax. More...

The neurofeeback therapy helped with my anxiety and depression issues, I really enjoyed all sessions especially the relaxation ones. I would have more sessions if not for the fact, I had to leave to the US. More...

Q&As

There's nothing more rewarding than being a part of someone's journey and to see progress that they made and what positive changes that brought to their lives.

I had plenty of people around me saying I have a gift when talking to people :) so I decided to do something about it. I gained my qualifications and here we are.

My approach is very unique. When working with client I don't only take care of mind and emotions aspect but also of body, nervous system and brain, which has been proven may be equally responsible for depression, anxiety and any other stress related conditions.
Also, I accidently become relationships specialist :) all statred from family members and friends. It turned out I am very objective and critical thinking when comes to couples. I have attended many workshops and trainings, gained qualifications and now I feel very comfortable in the field.

There are certain services as EEG or qEEG, which requires clients presence. All other services may be provided remotely or online.

The office and all tools are disinfected after every session. Client have access to hand sanitizers and face masks.

Services

Neurofeedback (EEG) is also known as electroencephalogram. It is the measurement of the electrical activity of the brain. The nerve cells, also known as neurons, in your brain communicate by sending tine electrochemical signals from one cell to the next. These signals travel through the skull. As they do so they cause tiny electrical fluctuations in the metal sensors placed on the scalp.
EEG neurotherapy works by teaching a person to produce more positive thought patterns. During an EEG neurofeedback session, you will be connected to EEG sensors. These will measure your brain activity. The sensors are connected to a computer where the EEG signals can be seen.

qEEG is a test that measures and analysis electrical activity of a brain. The procedure is also known as brain waves mapping. Based on results we can determine any functional, emotional or cognitive disorders.

Working with central nervous system and using biofeedback therapies GSR (Galvanic Skin Response) and HRV (Heart rate variability). Both methods are great addition to traditional counselling sessions.
