Procom was really good and we are very happy with the CCTV system they installed.
They were very accommodating on times and dates to come and give us a quote and then pick day for installation, and both Norrie who came to give us a quote and then installers were very nice and professional.

What inspired you to start your own business?
Since i left the Royal Air Force, i was working for some of the biggest communication companies in the country but as the companies got bigger a lot more business was done over the phone. In an old school way i prefer dealing with customers face to face, you get to build a rapport and trust with the customer and can meet there expectation by seeing and understanding what the customers requirements actually are. Over the phone you are restricted to offer the same level off service.
