Brilliant. I get a message the day before so I can leave the gate unlocked which is unlike any previous window cleaner I have had. Always sparkling clean and very reliable. A few months ago next door were having a tree removed on the day of the clean, and Paul messaged me to say if the sawdust blew over and stuck to the clean windows, let him know, and he'd come back and clean then again without charge!
