Disappointing. I have had to give feedback about poor hygiene practices - e.g. leaving bath mats hung over clean hand towels, regular failures to turn up due to staff sickness and lack of cover or staff turning up at different times to those scheduled and telling me they were frustrated at lack of coordination by the owner. I finally gave up and ended my contract and they failed to turn up on the last day or return my keys as requested. I had to follow up and the promised refund has not been issued and I am still chasing for the return of my keys which makes me feel very uncomfortable. More...

Power washing was done ok, deck came up especially well, but there was muck left on windows and doors that splattered up that I only noted once Darren had left.
Didn't clean the front of the gate where the waste water went so have muddy water right outside and splashback on shed.
Had taps that didn't allow for usual connectors but Darren went away to buy appropriate one.
Lost 1 star for poor after work clean up outside as mentioned above.

They approached me, and i haven't finally accepted them. But they spoke to me and were helpful and i wanted to get the whole thing over with, I had tried to respond to others before Proclean, but when I tried to contact any of them I was asked to pay £19 a month before speaking to any of them.

Being able to deliver a service that makes a genuine difference to peoples lives and makes there day to day lives that little bit easier.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I wanted to start a cleaning business in order to raise the standards of the cleaning industry to show that a cleaning business can be environmentally and socially aware while still deliver a top level service.

We are looking to change the cleaning industry to show that a cleaning company be socially and environmentally aware while still deliver a prestigious service to its customers.

No most of our services need to be provided in person.
We do an online shop that can be used to purchase cleaning supplies.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
All our cleaners carry the correct PPE and have been trained on the proper rules/procedure for being able to work safely.
