I can now control the lights, television and sound system with one remote control from my armchair! I am not great with technology but Pro Media Solutions made using my Control 4 system they installed very simple and user friendly. Great service, honest advice, nice people to do business with. I had serious problems with my in-house sound system just prior to the Christmas shutdown. I found Pro Media Solutions on line and although they hadn't installed my system or dealt with me before, their customer service, help and knowledge were exemplary. A special mention for Georgia and Sarah in the office and Stephen the engineer for firstly sqeezing in a site visit in their very busy schedule (before the holidays), but also getting me up and running in time for the season's festivities (critical when you have a number of social gatherings organised).If that's not enough, their pricing was very reasonable and there was never an attempt to capitalise on my desperate situation by trying to sell me 'stuff' that may not have been totally necessary.Nice people, impartial and extensive knowledge, great service. Pro media solutions installed a Control4 home Automation system in my house. A little concerned at first about lack of communications but once they started they were absolutely amazing. The technicians were incredibly knowledgable (Steve and Toby) and comms were very efficient and professional. I was really worried about spending money on a system that i wont end up using but their expertise made sure that we have a solution that we use and now that we got used to it would not do without. So much better than the lutron etc type systems in my opinion due to its integration to almost everything we have in the house. Thanks guys, much appreciated! More...

I am absolutely in love with the work that ProMedia has done for us. Our new 'smart home' is wonderful - and the products/design/ideas that they provided are amazing and have exceeded expectations. Additionally, their customer service by all the staff has been exceptional. Responsive, courteous, friendly, patient - everything you could ask for. We had a very stressful rebuild of our house and were trying to manage so many different moving parts. I'd never had a smart home before so this was all new to me. ProMedia managed this exceptionally well for me, and helped provide some fantastic products (and I was a demanding customer who had lots of ideas, but had no idea how to implement!). They set up the AV, blinds, heating, smoke alarms, front door, smart doorbell, cameras, tonnes of programming (incl with my old analogue hi-fi), wi-fi security and coverage.. and everything is running smoothly.Thank you ProMedia - would recommend them to others in an instant! Sarah, Cookie and the team were amazing from start to finish for our house improvement project. From their competitive costs to the professional work throughout the 6 month project. What do you love most about your job?
Helping clients realise that anything is possible. Demonstrating, despite the technicalities of implementation, how simple and intuitive the system is for the home or business owner. The ultimate reward is being told by the end user at the end of a project how they would never want to be without their smart home system.
What inspired you to start your own business?
It started as a passion for AV and grew into the home automation sphere. Friends, neighbours and anyone who knew us asked for help and support with anything from hanging a television, recommendations for sound systems to setting up a WiFi until it was suggested we set up a business. From this like minded people joined and we have developed relationships with business and individuals who support our vision for our clients.

Smart Home Installations
We are specialists in home automation systems including being a Control4 Gold partner and authorised Lutron installer.
Home Security Installations
As part of the home automation system we can install and integrate top of the range CCTV cameras, recording devices and home burglar alarms all of which can be viewed and accessed via a single app when in the property or out and about.
Automated Blinds
We are able to quote, install and integrate automated shading solutions including brand leaders QMotion and Lutron. Electric blinds, shades and curtain rods can be integrated into the home automation systems so can be programmed to open and close to specific timings or as part of a vacation mode for added security when the home owner is not in the property.
Distributed Audio and Video
Offering high definition sound and picture through a centralised distribution system and top of the range AV matrixes we can provide home owners with access to all their chosen music and television/films to any TV and/or speaker throughout the home. All operated via a single, simple user interface and all sources (SkyHD/SkyQ, Blu-Ray, Virgin Media, Apple TV, Amazon Fire plus media servers) in a single centralised location provides minimal clean lines and no wires anywhere in the home.
Home Cinema Installations
We supply and install products from a number of the leading manufacturers of speakers, amplifiers, subwoofers, TVs and projectors providing state of the AV for a dedicated cinema room catering to a variety of budgets. From a simple on-wall 2.1 set up to in-wall and in-ceiling (or even invisible) Dolby 5.1, 5.2, 7.1, 7.2 Surround Sound systems to a full Dolby Atmos array paired with the latest 4K televisions and projectors we can provide the ultimate cinema experience in your own home.
