What do you love most about your job?
Meeting new people, building great relationships, and helping to improve results and outcomes each and every day is the just best job I could have. I love the variety, the complexity and the opportunity that every new client presents. I'm also very proud to be a member of the Pro-actions Business Coaching and Support team.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I genuinely love to help people. Working with you as a business owner, to improve your company's performance and results is a real privilege; although there will be challenges to overcome, knowing that I can help to really make a difference is a great motivator and I love my work.
Also, being a business advisor/coach allows me to share the knowledge and experience that I developed over an extensive corporate career and as a small business owner myself.

Quality and great standards of client service are really important to me. So much so, that I won't ask you to commit to a long term contract; my business terms are flexible - you can choose how long our business relationship lasts for, based on how happy your are with with my delivery.
As well as working at a strategic level, I'm very happy to offer practical and hands-on support; to roll up my sleeves and get stuck in if needed!

Yes I can work will clients remotely. I am now using Zoom for face to face meetings and of course continue to provide phone and email support.
What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?
I am following all aspects of the government guidelines. In line with the current principle of carrying out essential travel only, I am not visiting any client premises.
