Charlie was brilliant - he went above and beyond, answering my millions of questions while he replaced the toilet, changed the sink and bath plug and removed and reapplie the silicone around the bathtub. Thanks so much Charlie!

As soon as we first made contact with Charlie he was helpful & listened to what we wanted - he also made some helpful suggestions about the bathroom layout.
After agreeing the price the work was completed quickly, professionally & we are very, very pleased with the final product. We would definitely recommend PP to others and plan to have Charlie & his team back when we do our downstairs WC.
