Excellent service from Matthew and the team at Prestons.After getting quotes from some national suppliers of fitted bedroom furniture we stopped by the showroom in Preston to see what else was available. We really liked the modern look of the furniture and found Matthew to be friendly and knowledgeable while answering our questions. After experiencing the pushy sales tactics of other companies it was a breath of fresh air to deal with Matthew!A design was put together which was exactly what we were looking for and within budget so we went ahead with the order. Matthew kept us updated on timescales while awaiting delivery and ensured the installation went smoothly.We couldn't be happier with the end result and appreciate the "extra mile" that Matthew goes to throughout the whole process. I had my Cepina bedroom furniture fitted a week ago.
Adam & Krzysztof are absolutely professionals, they had very little room to work in but made it look so easy, the way it has been scribed into the skirting board is amazing and they never stopped, cleanliness and attention to detail is first class.
It was about 6.30pm when they finished and one of the doors were wrong and Adam said he would go back to the showroom to get a replacement , I said it doesn't matter he could do it the day after but no he wanted it completed. That is what I call commitment and customer satisfaction.
I am absolutely over the moon with the quality of the furniture and how professional the staff are, I am going to get a quote for my kitchen when I am ready.

I had my cepina wardrobe fitted by Adam & Krzysztof a week ago. It is fabulous and I just love it.
From first going into the showroom and the expertise advise from Adam but no sales pressure was superb,explaining to me how it would look once it had been fitted
Adam & Krzysztof are such professionals they had very little room to work in but made it look so easy and they never stopped. It is amazing how they have scribed it into the wall it just looks like fitted furniture. And it is AMAZING . .... I am that impressed and pleased I am going to get a quote for my kitchen. We went to Prestons after visiting other showrooms and straight away we were impressed with their product quality (German bedrooms) and staff approach.
Matt came up with a beautiful design which fitted perfectly in our master bedroom.
Fitting also went smooth. There was one damaged door, but it was replaced quickly.
We will definetly come back for more, once the rest of the house will be ready.

We bought a wardrobe/desk piece and shelves for our office which was fitted last week.
The fitters on site were pleasant professionals who executed their work efficiently. They completed a superb job, exactly as it was planned out by Matt on the 3D project we received.
Everything went down smoothly and quickly, from start to finish. The customer service and staff were on point, and Matt's design fully reflected what we have envisioned our office room to look like. It also helped us to imagine how the final piece will look. He took everything into consideration and made constructive suggestions regarding the material we should use, elements we could consider and recommended practical/aesthetic solutions. He managed to turn a tiny room into a very spacious interior. We trusted his expertise and were fully confident about the success of the project. Excellent and highly recommended service. Will certainly be coming back if we ever desire to redo our bedrooms.

From the design by Matt, who helpfully suggested some ideas and additions, to the installation by Adam (who built a vanity area from scratch) all done in a day. Rare to have an installer that actually asks the customer about decisions rather than just do it the easiest/quickest way. Its rare to find customer service this good. We needed a spare part for a 15yr old Nolte wardrobe installation. Nolte gave us two local contacts. The other company in Whittle-le-Woods weren't at all helpful, in fact I was still awaiting a response. Bill and Adam from Prestons not only responded quickly, but had the part ordered already and delivered in no time. The bonus was it turned out to be a left over spare and they didn't charge me.
