Originally Anthony K Lee seemed to be a decent guy, said he was ex-stream-guards so could be trusted. We believed him and eventually found out this was untrue.
We contracted him to do paving and create ramped access up-to new build extension. Everything he did was wrong used inferior concreate now breaking up none of the paving is put down right all the joints have washed out, drainage doesn’t work, man-hole requires new one. He originally said he would put all faults right not to be. Took him to court won county court judgment no payment has been made. He’s absconded from the address he gave for invoice. Been round to visit address today to see if it was worth sending bailiffs in to recover monies and property management people said he left approximately 6 weeks ago. Seems like he’s split with partner too and wanted by probation office (found letter outside next to bin) posted it through door) So defiantly a untrustworthy unskilled person. Not sure if pictures on his site are true.
We had our work done back in March but because of legal proceedings couldn’t warn anyone.

Started on site in difficult conditions, nice lads.
We’re doing 25sqm patio & 100sqm artificial grass & reconcreting part of the drive with new manhole.
Patio looks ok but grouting wasn’t finished, a 3rd of the grass wasn’t laid, the man hole cover was concreted upside down so needs digging out & my personal spade, shovel & extension lead from the garage was taken & not returned.
I messaged a few times for everything to returned & the concrete to be resolved but hasn’t been done.
I won’t mention the worst part either.

When he came for a quote he gave me a reasonable price he was very good helping to organise the paving slabs. I recommend they are brilliant with the paving slabs neat and tidying up afterwards Im really happy with it I would have them again.
