What do you love most about your job?
We love when we are able to meet the clients needs, it’s nice to know that they are happy when we leave.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have worked in Care for a number of years in a variety of roles, there were certain aspects of other care companies that needed improving. I had no control in doing that so I decided to open my own care company and implement Person Centred Care in all areas of a service users care package.
