Have nothing to do with these people!!! We had new double glazing fitted in 2017 but we paid a fortune for shoddy over-priced work. Windows draughty. New front wibdow buckled in the heat. They do everything possible to avoid sending out someone for repairs if they ever get back to you at all. Windows and doors came with a 10 year guarantee but they went bust in 2018. Company re-formed almost immediately with same name, same people, same premises the only difference being that your guarantee is void. Company is founded by someone called Wayne Beardmore who has a series of failed businesses behind him. I did warn you!!! More...

The sales people are a bit 'old school' in their sales approach and we were a bit dubious at first, however my partner and I decided to go ahead with the windows as the spec was by far the best we'd seen and the quote was very competitive! The windows were installed 3 weeks after our agreement and we are very pleased with the quality of the windows and also of the work carried out. They were very efficient and left the place clean and tidy. The surveyor was also very friendly and took his time to answer my queries so overall we are very pleased and would definitely use this company again.Also, I would like to add that since having the windows installed we did receive a (polite) phone call asking if we needed any further work doing to which we replied no and have not been phoned since so I disagree with the previous people over being 'hassled'.
