Following on from my review which was added last June.
Needless to say, we have had no response from the company over the past 10 months and have continued to experience the same problems we had before the work was carried out. We are now having to go to the expense of employing a second company to carry out the work. Be careful if you are thinking of using this company, there is absolutely no customer service or concern about customer satisfaction once you have given them your money! We recently had some work done on our roof and we can't get a receipt off them detailing the work carried out. We were advised by the company what work was required once they inspected the roof but as we are unable to access the roof ourselves, we don't really know what they did in total. We were promised an electronic receipt and even though there has been several attempts to obtain one, in fact this has been going on for nearly 3 months, we have had no luck. We were originally told that the person who sends out the receipts was on holiday, then we were told we had the wrong number and we have been told twice, by e-mail, that the receipt would be send out immediately. One has to wonder why they have a problem with providing a receipt. We currently have no proof that this company was here at all because we paid cash and the worry is, if the work carried out isn't up to standard, we could continue to have the same problems. Nice lad, friendly service, great job and great price for work to be done in a few weeks time. Very happy with them.
