We took our dog Poppy to Premier Pets for her first groom since lockdown & it was an amazing experience from start to finish! It was good to see that social distancing measures were put into place, the groom was exactly as we wanted it & Poppy smelt AMAZING afterwards Poppy doesn’t like to have her claws trimmed usually and it usually takes 2 people to trim her claws but this amazing groomer managed to do it on her own! Mylo absolutely loves his time at Premier Pets, I’m 100% comfortable leaving him in their capable hands! He comes home smelling amazing and I’m sure he gets fed up of me sniffing him he’s well looked after and is spoilt rotten with treats and cuddles

What a joy to see some of the staff from my old vets have started this new venture! Being disabled now they have happily come to mine to advise and support my two beauties. When Woo became suddenly ill with saddle thrombosis I don’t know how I would have coped without Gail’s knowledge or support. I find it incredible how intuitive they always are, knowing what they can and can’t do for my beauties.
