Initially, we were delighted with the company, they did a good job of solving the problem with our solar panel system. They were very helpful, and had great communication. Our original Pylon battery storage was taken by the fitters for a recharge.

However, after we paid, the ‘amazing communication and service’ stopped. After many messages and phone calls to Premier Homes, it has still not been returned, even though they promised, on numerous occasions to get it back to us. There seems to be no intention to return our battery. Week after week they have said they will courier it to us and then talk me through where to plug in the leads… still nothing! We do not understand why we have been lied to, Premier Homes seemed like a reputable company. It is very difficult to know who to trust anymore. More...
