Very impressive. Our carpets are 100% wool and have a number of stains on them from years of wear. I was recommended The Eco Hub, called up and made an appointment for them to come out.
Instantly I received an email with my appointment details.
On the morning of the appointment, they turned up on time, inspected the carpets and then advised me what they would set about doing, asking me about the stains and how they would treat them. They really worked up a sweat (I forgot to turn the heating off) and they left my carpets looking like brand new.
I am not easily pleased but can highly recommend The Eco Hub, they did an excellent job. Perhaps they need to put their prices up as I couldn't believe how cheap it was

What do you love most about your job?
I feel passionate about attention to detail, and breathing new life into homes and properties. I tend to see past dirt and grime and enjoy bringing out the best in a property which often gets an amazing response from my customers. Because you are in control of the pricing and features it makes the cleaning about your needs and not just somebody turning up at your property and getting in the way.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I have been working for myself for over 10 years now. I feel that there are so many businesses of my type out there. But many of them focus on the physical act of performing their job. What I do is focus on providing the best and most reliable service possible for my customers. It is about results and making sure you are happy.
Why should our clients choose you?
I compete on customer service and quality of my work. I try to make my presence as easy for you as possible, and leave your property as I myself would expect it to be left. I use the best quality solutions and state of the art machinery which leaves carpets fresh and dry without any optical brighteners or artificial odors. I never ever use Prochem/Steampro products or machinery which is old fashioned and inferior. I have recently undertaken work for one Hotel Manager who stated that he used 3 other professionals before he found me. They were unable to clean his carpets to a good enough standard. He was amazed at my results. I apologise for the lack of good quality photos. I hope to get some more soon.
