I am a cordon bleu chef with over 30 years of experience, I have catered for corporate events in the city ( London) and parties, weddings, christenings, barbecues, funeral and all events where a caterer is required.

French cooking - coquille st Jacques .
Also Thai food, italion, Spanish , traditional English and Indian curries etc
How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
When we are contacted by a client, we find out what they want to suit their event and if they wish to go ahead, I normally like to visit the venue and meet with the client so we can see where we will be working and what is needed to do the job properly.
What do you love most about your job?
They say " variety is the spice of life" , every job is different and therefore I can be making canapes one day and then doing a Morroccan themed night the next.
What inspired you to start your own business?
Having had a lot of experience working for companies in London I decided 17 years ago that having my own business was the next step and thus Premier Cuisine was born.
