Premier bites was recommended to us after our origional buffet people cancelled on us. Emma was amazing. She responded to all my emails quickly and professionally but she was also really friendly. They arrived and set up the food promptly for our evening do and came to say hello which was a really nice touch. The food was amazing! Everyone said it was delicious and piled their plates. The portions were also brilliant! Even though people had big portions there was still enough to go around. Premier bites catered for our wedding reception after a recommendation. The guests raved about the food everyone loved it and it disappeared so quickly I hardly had any, but what I did have was delicious. David was most helpful with good advice ahead of the event. Very professional. In terms of the service, the food was delivered and the empty platters collected as promised. The food itself was all well received by our guests, including the food prepared for our guests with special dietary requirements. ( Celiac; lactose intolerant) The event was a surprise birthday party for my wife for approx 70 adults and 50 children. I will most certainly use Premier Bites again and would recommend them. I was extremely impressed with Premier Bites, I've never used caterers before and didn't really know what to expect. Em was very friendly and helpful and always replied to my emails very quickly. Excellent service, I’m not one for detail so just wanted to book it and not worry about it and these guys did the trick, they arrived when promised and put everything out for me, explained everything and clearly marked all the food etc.
I’d forgotten some plastic spoons and they even nipped back to the office and got me some.

Em and the team are simply awesome. They stepped in at the last minute to help us out for our business boat party catering for 50.

Not only was this achieved in less than 8hrs, but the feedback we had from guests on the quality and selection of food was first rate.

We'll now be going back to Em and the team for all future functions.

I can't thank Emma and David enough for all their help, patience and efficiency when organising the buffet for our Nan's funeral. We are so grateful for the caring, friendly but yet professional manner by which we were treated during this emotionally delicate time.

Emma worked tirelessly to ensure that every question, no matter how insignificant or small, was answered comprehensively and that every minor detail we requested, was diligently carried out. We had total confidence that all our catering requirements were in the very capable hands of Emma, David and the Premier Bites team, ready for the funeral in hand.

The buffet spread itself looked fantastic, the presentation was beautiful. People whom attended the wake commented on the fabulous variety of food available and also mentioned the exceptional quality and taste of the food too.

One lady whom is a vegetarian said, 'this spread is the best buffet I've ever had. Veggies like me aren't usually catered for.'

I have to mention that the lemon drizzle cake was a particular favourite of mine and I will certainly be popping down to 'Just Bean Ground' (their coffee shop next to the Premier Bites shop) for a slice of cake when I'm next in Poole High Street.

Premier Bites totally exceeded all our expectations!! We will certainly be using them again for any future catering needs and we will undoubtably recommend them to all our friends and family!!

Sadly I lost my Mum recently and among all the arrangements that needed to be made I needed to sort a buffet. Premier Bites was the most amazing find. From first contacting them Emma just answered all our needs, was so kind, helpful and understanding it was a huge weight off my mind.We had a few dietary requirements and nothing was too much trouble. On the day the food was delivered at just the right time and everything was provided right down to little food cards. Because of our travel needs Emma arranged to collect all the dishes etc the same day and again nothing was too much trouble. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I hope to visit them at their premises on my next trip and enjoy a coffee with them. Many thanks to your amazing team.
