Dan and his team were incredibly helpful for providing the scaffolding on our house that required a new roof. There were some unique requirements from us as our road is a shared single lane, so the scaffolding could not block access for the other residents. Dan and his team were able to keep the road clear and maintain access for everyone and was very communicative throughout. Got a quote without having an actual confirmed date for my contractor, but Premier was able to accommodate at short notice with the same quote. Despite dates set, nobody showed for 3 days to erect the scaffolding. Date set to dismantle, again nobody showed. Next day scaffolding taken down without any notification, call or text. A simple text to notify about the change would solve the problem. Simple customer communication thats all. And they were the only company to ask everything they needed to know before they quoted for the job, from access to dimensions.
From start to completion off the first fit, they were very professional in what they did, there were 4 in the team, and all were very polite and helpful. 3days after doing first fit, I now need the 2nd lift, and once again have responded straight away. Definitely a company to use for your scaffording needs. It will be my first call when I need any more scafford, the price was very good the men were very polite. A great job erecting a large scaffording on my two gable ends with hop ups on both gables making it easy and very safe to reach the highest points.
