Hi, my name is Karin and I am qualified as a level 3 PT. I am now in the process of qualifying in mental health PT.
For me, being fit is important, but it goes hand in hand with mental well being. There is strong research in the benefits of exercise on mental health.
Getting enjoyment out of your exercises, getting that happy feeling from being fit will keep you on the path of exercise and making the most of body and mind.
-Train one to one, with a partner or in a small group
-We can train outdoors, in my garden/house or in your garden/house
-TRX training can be part of the sessions

I've been taking PT sessions with Karin, twice a week, for about a year now. The sessions have been superb, a great mixture of cardio and toning, which Karin has matched to my personal goals - a real benefit of personal training over gym or bootcamp sessions. Each session is different and Karin manages to get the pace just right, not overly challenging, but pushing me to my limits. Thoroughly recommended. More...
Karin is amazing!! She is positive and kind but will still push you to achieve your goals. I would really recommend her personal training.
