Personal Trainers

I've been taking PT sessions with Karin, twice a week, for about a year now. The sessions have been superb, a great mixture of cardio and toning, which Karin has matched to my personal goals - a real benefit of personal training over gym or bootcamp sessions. Karin is amazing!! She is positive and kind but will still push you to achieve your goals. I would really recommend her personal training.


I will help them with the use of the OPT model. TheOPT™ Model is based on scientific evidence and principles that progresses an individual through five training phases: stabilization endurance, strength endurance, hypertrophy, maximal strength and power.
This is to help clients achieve their fitness goals, no matter their age or athletic ability - from beginners, to pros.

The secret is connecting your body and mind? Your expectations can be too high and therefor you might feel disheartened if you don't reach your goal fast enough. The secret lies in getting fit and feeling better about yourself overall.

I love to make people feel better about themselves. Society is too hard on people and it is totally unnecessary.
People strive to much for perfection, while it should be about finding a balance. It would be very rewarding if I can help people with that.

The mental health site. When I was young, I studied psychiatric nursing in the Netherlands, but I didn't finish it because I was not 100% myself. Now I thought to combine the two...exercise and mind.

If they read my story and what I am about, I hope they choose me because they can relate and they feel I can help them become fit in a natural way. I hope they don't have to overcome much fear to contact me cause I am very approachable and understanding.


PT for body and mind. Feeling good is not just about the exercise, it is about how it makes you feel after the workout and the enjoyment it brings you while getting fit.
