Although I'm happy with Mitzy's groom, I was not happy to pay an extra fee because my dogs coat was matted. I think this should have been included in the £40 cost. It was pointed out it states in the small (very small) print about possible extra cost. I think if this had actually been pointed out as a new customer then I wouldn't feel so aggrieved. Despite this I'm happy with the overall groom. But because of this extra charge I'm only giving 4 stars. More...

Can't recommend enough! Just took my staffie milah to posh paw parlour, where everyone struggled before doing her nails, and her fear of a dryer, u managed to make her feel relaxed, she loved it.
