Describe your creative process.
We engage with a fact-find and brief session (in person or via telephone/video conference) and then enter a research and resourcing phase to shape the brief and gain enough information to start the 3 step design process - Thumbnails (ideas to explore), Refinement (taking ideas to a draft stage) and Campaign (a launch phase delivery phase - int he case of Brand development, its guidelines and roll-out).
What information do you need from a client before you can start work?
We need to know the purpose of the activity, the target audience and any specific things that need to be included. Once we've established the targeting and the end user profile, we can then develop professional and proven strategies and creative approached to ensure campaign success.
What do you love most about your job?
Meeting new people and making ideas into tangible campaigns that build businesses and brand equity.
What inspired you to start your own business?
It was 28 years ago, but I seem to remember that my vision and ideas were seldom matched by employers, so I did it myself instead.
