Sami has been incredible and an absolute life saver!! she repeatedly went out of her way to ensure our dog was happy and comfortable to go out with her on walks and she's created a lovely bond through hard work and caring! ! Amber is a much happier dog for the time given to her throughout the days and she's made loads of local friends at the same time. 100% recommend Sami, she cares, she's flexible with arrangements and she genuinely loves all her dogs! what more could you ask for More...

Sami is wonderful and we definitely 100% recommend Pooches Unleashed!
Sami has helped us with puppy visiting for over 5 weeks.
Initially it was so hard to leave our puppy on the days we had to work but Sami soon helped us to feel more relaxed about this. She has been totally consistent, kind, caring and reliable, and gives fabulous regular text updates after each visit to keep us updated and to keep us smiling at work. Sami gave honest advice about when our puppy could cope with reduction from 3 to 2 visits per day, and has even helped with advice to make our garden more safe.
Our puppy is definitely more content and relaxed when we leave her on the days we have to work, and she has a ball with Sami during each visit, we really can't thank Sami enough xx

Sammy is a lovely lady who clearly loves animals, she came out for our initial consultation and was very thorough in checking what I wanted for my dogs. I was shown through a folder which contained the proofs of insurance, police checks and NARPS registration (I had never heard of this before), this was incredibly important to me having previously had a bad experience with another local, uninsured, walker. Sammy was a natural with my dogs, their size did not worry her in any way, their group was specially chosen and they have fitted in very well. One thing I liked was that I am able to get daily photos and updates direct to my phone as I don't have Facebook. I like that Sammy uses a specially fitted out large car so the dog's cages are in the same space as her and her driver rather than closed into the back of a van, they seem much happier. My two are always clean and dry after their walks which are varied each day. I also like the safety of there being 2 people, just in case. More...

What do you love most about your job?
The pets! I spend all day with adorable pets, I can't imagine anything better!
I have been an animal lover my entire life and made the decision to leave my career as a Project Manager to become a full time dog walker and pet sitter back in April 2016. I have my own pets and it was getting so hard to juggle around a career with extending working hours, so I completely understand the position many of our customers are in. We are here to help out and making pet ownership more enjoyable!
What inspired you to start your own business?
Simply my love for animals. I believed linking my love for pets with my professional skills applied in my previous career would make for something quite special - an exemplary service that owners could trust.
