Would highly recommend for anyone experiencing deep aches and tension within their body. Cupping doing the opposite of a massage by raising your tissue provides instant relief to areas that a normal massage can't quite reach. And the accupuncture helps to realign me energetically, always come out feeling a lot more balanced and clearer in my mind. Replaced my full body massages with this therapy instead as I find it brings many more benefits. Definitely worth a try for those who are curious! More...

I was diagnosed with plantar fasciitis in July and have had only mild improvement from doing the exercises recommended by my chiropodist and wearing orthotics. I have found walking relatively short distances quite painful and walking 3 miles has been a real struggle. On the recommendation of a friend I saw Tracy for the first time on January 4th and had a second session of acupuncture with her a week later. The improvement in my condition has been remarkable! Yesterday I walked 6.5 miles and today 8 miles, with nothing more than a little bit of mild aching. I cannot believe the difference acupuncture has made in such a short space of time.
