Outrageous handling of Sandringham house. Problems reported at the beginning of the year with exactly the same problems to this day.
Have reported emergency issues of the front door not working and having no access to enter the building and have had no response about this whatsoever. There has been a pot hole entering the building since the day the handover happened which won’t be looked into, a rat problem since day 1, the windows have never ever been cleaned, no communal cleaning takes place. Damage to the wood inside the building on the stairs hasn’t been looked at all year but all of that is pretty irrelevant when you can’t gain entrance to the building in the first place!!
All of this and my service charge will still increase next year?! Have asked for proof where the money is being spent, why there has been no maintenance and the schedule for this all to be done and haven’t been given this either.
Terrible terrible company with no concern to those living in the building. Stay well clear.

I see the high reviews are from people who have done business with PBM, those people should try living in a block managed by this Company. They’re atrocious. They do absolutely nothing and charge astronomical management fees. Lifts remain broken for weeks, the main door to my building was broken for months thus negating any security within the building; the same was true of the garage door. There is currently a theft issue in the building which the management company seem completely disinterested in and won’t even correspond with me about. Atrocious service. More...

We carried out repairs on one of their blocks as instructed by Plymouth Block Management 11 months ago. We are still awaiting payment for the work. We have been told that there are no funds in the particular block to pay us. Does this mean that they are instructing work without having funds to pay for the work, or are they just lying and not paying us. It seems hard to believe that there have been no funds for 11 months. We have tried to solve this with their accounts department, but have been unsuccessful, so they leave us with no choice but to go public. More...

Since PBM took over management of our block in mid-December 2022 not a word has been heard from them. And an email sent on 17 December has not received even the simple courtesy of an acknowledgement, let alone a reply, several weeks later. Efficiency? Service? Courtesy. I am a Leaseholder, and PBM have been Managing our block for 2 years.Since Managing our block, they have won a number of Awards - personally, i think this speaks volumes! On another note - the block was in terrible condition before PBM took over. All the Leaseholders take pride in the block and Plymouth Block Management do too! I never normally get involved with reviews about business but having read the last review from the user called Claire B I feel compelled to do so. I have been an employee of PBM and I have known Mr Mark Christie for 27 years. in my job as property manager I have learnt many things in block management and the one thing that stands out with the PBM team is the shear amount of hard work everyone puts in. This review from the user c Claire B needs to be addressed and explained as to why she has put disgusting, untrue and quite frankly downright vile comments on here about PMB, which I think she means PBM but don't worry we all make mistakes. The comment made about not getting things right, well as everyone knows I cannot go into detail about this but let’s just say there are two sides to this story and no one of the general public is aware of the background to this review and why it’s been said. I wanted to post a comment regarding the team. I purchased an apartment which Plymouth Block manage and it was the first experience I have had personally with a leasehold property. My involvement increased as I recently wanted to sell and I had to rely on them to pass information quickly to my solicitor. All I can say is that they were brilliant.
