Ciaran responded promptly to my request and, after clarifying what I needed, offered an acceptable price for my work. He was available to undertake the work within a few days and arrived at the agreed time. He completed a challenging task to change a basin waste outlet and radiator valve in good time. He also returned to make a further adjustment and job was successfully completed to my satisfaftion. His advice on another minor problem was also much appreciated.
