We used Lee and his team for our wedding back in September - we had a completely outdoor wedding and wanted all BBQ food rather than a traditional wedding breakfast. We had roughly 200 guests and chose the 7 meat BBQ with I think 3 salad options (and 2 pudding choices) we would 100% recommended Lee to anyone, the food was amazing, fresh and hot. We’ve had so many wedding guests tell us since the wedding that they really enjoyed the food. There is SO much choice of food, so many different menus! We also had jacket potato’s in the evening with all sorts of fillings, there was so much left over and Lee let us keep it all for our party the next day! We chose a hot fork buffet - we wanted to serve our guests delicious food and we most definitely did that, judging by the many positive comments we received. Lee helped us in our planning throughout. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Lee. I used Plum for my daughter's wedding and in the build up to the wedding nothing was to much trouble. I have used Plum for the last 2 years. Nothing is too much trouble even when they are often given only a couple of hours notice to provide lunch for a large number of people. On one occasion, I ordered a hot savoury lunch (sausage rolls, pizza etc) to be eaten in our office - they provided the correct equipment to keep the food hot and fresh for hours.
