My company produces Architectural plans for House extensions, Loft conversions, Garages, Garage conversions, Outbuildings and offer Structural engineering services. Initial consultations are free and we offer a complete service from initial plans to submitting to Local authorities for Planning permission and Building regulations approval. We work regularly with Builders and other tradesmen.

We hired Phil to design a complete remodel of the interior our house, with new dormer windows front and rear. The planning department pushed back on the large front dormer and Phil was fast, polite and professional dealing with their concerns. Phil designed our single story wrap around extension plans in 2019, he has a really friendly professional manner, i made a few amends and nothing was too much trouble and done within the agreed fee, the build was completed Dec2020 without any problems or issues and it look and feels amazing we are so so happy with the end result.

How can someone tell if their Garage is suitable for conversion?
The location, the physical dimensions and condition of the Garage.
Run us through the different stages of the Garage conversion process - what's involved?
Producing plans, obtaining Planning permision if required and Building regulations approval. Once all permissions are granted building work can commence.
How can someone tell if their loft is suitable for conversion?
Existing roof height, minimum 2 metres is required, Access as a new staircase will be required usually through an existing bedroom or above the existing staircase.
