We use Pinstripe for inventories and check outs and they are hugely accommodating, even at the busiest times of the year, if something needs done quickly or on little notice. I really appreciate their updated system that came in this year as it makes it incredibly easy to track resident amendments and makes it easy for residents to enter their own comments and photos into the report.The ability to view full size photographs online while reviewing the report is far superior to trying to make sense of something that's been reduced and embedded in a word doc or similar. What makes the relationship invaluable is their willingness to come to the table and put to rights any issues that may arise without unnecessary angst. More...

I've used these guys for inventory and check in services for a few months now and their service is pretty seemless. They have an online access porthole which is helpful to keep on top of your diary and where appointments can be easily changed. They also have a cleanliness rating and final pages on the report itemizing discrepancies from move in to out which makes for easy comparison after the tenants move out. During busier periods, they're are easily contactable and really communicative with any changes which takes the stress away. Use Pinstripe on a regular basis and always been happy with the service and quality of the reports they provide.The reports are detailed with plenty of photos. They are also now easy to distribute to clients electronically without having to print out what were quite large documents.Their online booking service is quite intuitive although i do find that you do have to sometimes enter data twice for it to record properly.Not going to say they are perfect as we are all human and sometimes make mistakes but the big thing for me is that when they do make a mistake they are always willing to work to try and find the best possible solution and offering compensation if required.
