By far the worse experience I have ever had as a tenant. They took over from a different letting agent, failed to protect my deposit and inform me about it, now I have left the property and struggling to get my deposit back as they ignore all my emails and calls. Stay well away

Very responsive to queries, very professional and work with safety first given the current pandemic and make their occupants feel at ease. The property is lovely and Kate from Pink did a fantastic job and was very polite and very good at her Job.
