Having known Danny for a few years we asked him to get involved in the training of our new seasonal staff in the French Alps. We couldn't fault his commitment and he did everything we asked and more in terms of menu planning, training and even short notice cover over the festive season. In the 5 weeks that we had Danny involved his support was invaluable and we look forward to working with him again in future. Great food and an all-round good guy. Catered for my mum’s birthday celebrations in Derbyshire with just four weeks’ notice and we couldn’t fault the food or service.
